Gaffney had, according to tae evidence, previously shot Frank who had expresed his intention of carrying the feud ito the hi ter end. •Tames LP’Hne,,on whose behalf a plea of iustifiable homicide was made by hit so’icitor 10-day, was committed for trial in Peptember on a charge of murdering Gaffney.
