ROUTE OVER RUSSIA. (United Press Association.—By Electric / Telegraph.—Copyright.) ■MOSCOW, Aug. 16. . The Graf Zeppelin crossed over Lithuania last evening, and headed tor here, via Minsk. Later •Commander Eckener asked permission to change the agreed course owing to unfavourable weather. .The Soviet authorities replied that a visit by the airship to Moscow was desirable, hut they left the Commander to exercise his own discretion.
