Judgment lias been'given in a ratliei; unusual case. Thomas Harris, of.Martinborougli, a farm labourer, sued Tims. Richardson, a money lender, to set aside a> deed wherein plaintiff., assigned to the defendant .i life income of about £4oo'peT annum, on the ground that defendant took advantage of his finan-cial-distress and that the price paid. £1750;. was a gross undervalue. Jtidge- Flerdman Held- that the triio value was much in excess of the amount paid and received.
