LIBEL CLAIMS AGAINST SYDNEY PAPER. (Australian Press Association). SYDNEY, Aug. 13. Writs were issued to-day against the “Sydney Morning Herald” on behalf of five' of the men concerned in the timber strike, claiming ten thousand sterling for alleged libel. - r . ■ BODIES IN HARBOUR. SYDNEY, Aug. 14. The bodies of two men were recovered from the harbour, yesterday.;' One was identified as Anthony Stinson. WOMEN WITHOUT PASSPORTS ADELAIDE, Aug. 14. Police Customs officials detained two young women without passports, on the steamer Bombala, the vessel recently purchased by Greek interests for the .ueditteranean trade, now en route, to Aleandria. How the women came to be on hoard is an official mystery.
