ROUND EUROPE RACE. (Per Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). LONDON, Aug. 13. In the Round-Europe flight, the German airman, Kirsch, has arrived first at Amsterdam. He was followed by Captain Broad, Miss Spooner, Kleps and Carberry. There are 33 still remaining in the contest. TRANS-ATLANTIC PROPOSAL. PARIS, August 13. Blerioti states plans for a regular trans-Atlantic air service with a floating aerodrome every five hundred miles along the route have almost been completed. He added that, he was inventing a new machine, which in the event of a forced descent on the water would be able to discard its wings and landing gear, thus resembling a lifelboat. j LEADERS IN FLY. BRUSSELS, Aug. 13. j The International Air Race has degenerated into a farce. It finishes at Orly, near Brussels, but no arrangements have been made to register the arrival at Orly, before three on the afternoon of "Wednesday, Hence, Broad and Miss Spooner, who averaged seven hundred miles per day, and easily outdistanced the others, are wasting time in order to make the final hop to Brussels to-morrow. WORLD AIR ROUTE. BERLIN, August 13.' Eekener has decided to leave on the world voyage on Thursday, via the Baltic, Leningrad, northern Russian and Siberian coasts.
