PETROL EXPLOSION
NORTH QUEENSLAND TRAGEDY. (Australian Press Association). BRISBANE, August 12. Fatal burns were received at Cairns by a man named Matte Baccaletteti when all his clottoes were burnt off, following an explosion of petrol oh his farm at’Babinda. Another Italian, Peter Aocitino*' was severely (burnt, and he is now in hospital. ' Accitino jumped qiver a bank into a creek. When he scrambled back, he found his companion in a frightful; condition. Only his leather belt remained on his body.
