The professional light-heavyweight boxing contest, which took place tonight at the Town Hall between Eddie Parker, of Hastings, 12st 71bs 2ozs., and Jim Broadfoot, of Auckland, 11.122, resulted in a decisive win, on points, for Parker, at the end of fifteen rounds.
