SHANGHAI, August 9. Tenseness again prevails on the SinoRussian border following the breakdown of negotiations. Soviet aeroplanes are again resuming hostile demonstrations at Manchuli and Pograniclinaya.
Thirty-eight ’planes were flying over he latter yesterday. Soviet armoured cars are patrolling lie border with obviously hostile inentions.
There are frequent instances of sabotage.
Chinese are ftlso strengthening forces oil the border.
