The chiqf excitement ,at Arrow Park Scouts Camp to-day was the visit by Mr Lanslbury, as representative of the Government. Among those specially introduced to Mr Lansbury by Sir R. Baden Powell was Scout Meclien, a New Zealander, who walks with the aid of crutches, but wears the Cornwall Award which is the Victoria Cross of the Scout movement., and was awarded for bravery, and enduring great pain. Mr Lansbury congratulated Meclien, who has rows of decorations.
