The police prosecutor disclosed that traces of poison were found in the body of Mrs Marion Pearson (which was exhumed after being buried six years), when Walter Pearson, 55, was remanded on a charge of having murdered his former wife. (Received this dav at 8.30. a.m.) SYDNEY, August 7. There was a dramatic development yesterday in a case in which Walter Pearson was charged with murder and attempted murder. Mrs Pearson left the hospital against tlie advice of the hospital authorities. Both her arms are still partially paralysed. ‘“I am going to, find out what is going on, I am not a prisoner,” she declared.
