MINERS’ STRIKE
SEIZURE OF POWER STATION. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). (Received this day at 12.25. p.m.; BUCHAREST, Aug. 5. Three thousand eight hundred coal miners at Lupini are striking and demanding higher wages. They seized the power station, which they occupied all night, putting the district in darkness and endangering the mines still working and exposing the..-(miners to the possibility of floods. They attacked troops who returned their fire, killing ten and wounding nearly a hundred. :
