RUSSIAN PROTEST
MR MACDONALD BLAMED. (United Press Association -fly Electric Telegraph—Copyright). LONDON, August 5. The Times Riga corrlegpondent states that the Bolshevik authorities are staging Russian-wide demonstrations and protests against the “new rupture of Anglo-Soviet relations by a pseudo-Labour Government.’’ Factories and other establishments in Moscow, Leningrad, Kharkoff, and Atemovsk organised meetings, and passed identical resolutions affirming their determination to give MacDonald’s 'manoeuvres the * same response as given to Chamberlain’s, concluding with “Down with MacDonald!’’
