. Chang Sung. Chang, together with Ilia - private secretary have been indicted with killing the Prince’s son at 'Beppu.
It . is reported that the Peking judiciary is demanding the lextradition of Chang Sung Chang, on account •:of his implication in murders before his -flight ;to Japan.
■ A. recent cable stated that Chang Sung Chang had fatally, wounded a man who attacked him in a hotel.
