At the commencement of the season Mr A. H. Palmer resigned his position as manager. Your Directors were fortunate in securing the services of Mr C. J. Barrett whose management during the season has been very; commendable. The retiring Directors are Mr P. J. Minehan, Mr W.-J. Hewer, and Mr P. SJ Hansen. All these gentlemen are eligible for rq-election, as is also the Auditor—Mr R. Wild. Just received three bales of “ Chinese'mats” at special prices.
