The game was of a very ragged nature with patches of bright play. ; Kiwis and Blaketown met on the B ground and after a very hard fought and exciting game ended in a draw, 16 points each. For Kiwis, E. Pfahlert scored three tries, Martin converting two and also . kicking a penalty goal. -For Blaketown tries were scored by Bunt (2), Negri (1), Negri converting two and Pascoe kicking a penalty. . JUNIOR GAMES. On Saturday, for the Breeze Shield Arahura defeated Excelsiors by 19 points to 8. The Tatter fielded . a weak team. The game was played at Arahura and* - Arahura had all the best of the game. Mr Williamson was; ‘ referee,:- , Kiwis juniors forfeited to Rimu.
