COLLIERY DISASTER
24 MINERS KILLED

BERLIN, July 30.
A mining catastrophe at Wnldenburg, in lower Silesia, killed 24, and it is feared 12 others will not recover.
Firedamp suddenly broke out like a hail of fire and .spread through a shaft 1350 feet below the ground. Twelve of those who escaped were shockingly burnt.
