Clashes along border

The threatened conflict between China and Russia now appears to have shifted to a series of clashes between Whites and Reds along the border, the former adopting guerilla warfare, ambushing small parties of Reds in isolated, .districts. It is''reported a hundred Whites were trapped by the Reds in a village north of Vladivostoclc. All were wounded or killed.
The departure, the Chinese delegation to, Manchuli to-day Ifor the purpose of negotiating with the Soviet has heen confirmed by Chinese foreign official circles.

The Commander of the Soviet Forces in Siberia orders reservists born since 1902, living in the Far East 'to rejoin the armies stationed in Vladivostok, Bknharovski . and China districts.
