Arnold, a formal* member for Dunedin was passed and the House adjourned as a mark of respect, rising at 3.50 p.m. till 2.30 p.m. to-morrow. THE COUNCIL. The Imprest Supply Bill was passed after a lengthy debate. The Rent Restriction Continuance Bill was introduced and read a first time and the Council adjourned at 9.45 p.m. until 2.30 p.m. to-morrow.
