SMITH v. McCONACHY. (Australian Press Association) SYDNEY, July 29. Willie Smith (England) has commenced a billiard time limit match against the New Zealand champion, McConachv, at the Y.M.C.A. Hall, Sydney. (Received this day at 9.25 a.m.) ' SYDNEY, July 30. McConarohy 1889 (breaks 764, 532, 183, 182), Smith 1678 (breaks 182, 365, 133). The New Zealander was in splendid form on the first day, which is regarded as very satisfactory, as he is a notoriously bad starter.
