'United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph-Copyright). NEW YORK, July 27. A Chicago report states that it is learned that the Federal Farmer Board’s first proposal for farm relief will be the formation of a twenty million dollar grain marketing corporation which would se 1, its products throughout the world. According to the. chairman, Mr Legge, such an organisation would be formed tlirough the merger of farmerowned grain pools and the Co-opern-ives and Elevator Associations. It would he established along Co-opera-tive lies and he eligible for loans under the new Farm Relief Act. It would also serve as an intermediary between the Board and farmers’ Co-operative groups. Mr Legge declared, however that, the details are yet to be worked out.
