OLIVER AND DALLEY NOT PLAYING. INTENSE COLD FELT. (’Received this day at 9. a.mA SYDNEY, July 27.

Acting under medical advice neither Oliver or Dailey are playing to-day. Their places will be filled by Carleton and Leys. Discussing their misfortunes Mr McLeod said the All Blacks had a good chance of turning the tables 'on the Australians. He deeply regretted so much sickness and injury. The tour was .eventful on that account. He had, like the players, felt the cold severely. Never again did he wish to experience such cold as in Melbourne. He found the sunshine of Sydney and Brisbane glorious, but the nights in both capitals were extremely cold and quite unlike New Zealand cold weather. He added that Nepia was remaining until the team returned in order to benefit by the sunshine.
