President Hoover formally procTAlined the Kellogg Treaty at an impressive ceremony attended by Mr Coolidge, Mr Kellogg, representatives of fifteen signatory. Powers, thirty-one adhering nations, and other diplomats and statesmen.
Mr Hoover recounted the history of tne Treaty and paid a tribute to M. Briand, 1 Mr Coolidge and Mr Kellogg.
