MANAGEMENT DIFFERENCES

CHRISTCHURCH, July 25. Major Furby, District Commissioner of Boy Scouts, replying to complaints said this morning:—“Should the dissatisfied scoutmasters resign, they will leave openings for better men to take charge, and inculcate into boys the proper ideals of scout training, the lack of which is evident under the scheme of control advocated by the Scouters Association. H© said he had been given full power to clean up the mess and and intended to do so.
