peal of porcelain bells.. BERLIN, June 4. Meissen, the liome o>f Dresden china is celebrating the I,oooth anniversary uf its foundation as a town. A notable feature of the festival is the dedication of a peal of hells made entirely of porcelain in the ancient church of St. Nicholas.
