United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). DELHI, July 22. At- Clmnlot, in the Punjab, a serious drowning tragedy has occurred. A boat carrying one hundred persons got into a whirlpool in tho Chenab River. The boat capsized. Only thirty-five of those on board were saved. The passengers included several landowners who were carrying their land i revenue for deposit with the Treasury.,
