Health qf Women and Children, St. Andrew’s Orphanage, Society., for the. Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Auckland Point School, Central Schelo, Jlnmpden Street School, each £100; a,nd to Nelson College Governors, £sso for the purpose of founding and .establishing a scholarship at Nelson Boys’ College, and a similar amount for a scholarship for the Girls’ College. The residue of the estate is to he divided into two equal parts, one share being for the Tahuna Sands Association, should it be in existence at a certain time; and the other share f6r the Trustees of the Nelsom-An-glian Cathedral Fund. .
