A DIVORCE. (Received this day at 8.30. a.mA LONDON, July 1/5. Mrs Pitt-Rivers was granted a deCT (>n nisi a’id custody of children with costs against Captain Pitt-Rivers. Petitioner declared that her husband encouraged immoral ideas, particularly polygamy. He had also abandoned the church. She said: “Our marriage has novel’ been happy.” Petitioner also alleged that PittRivers had repeated had repeated misconduct since 1926. LONDON, July 15. Mrs Pitt Rivers is a daughter of herd Forster, a former Governor-Gen-eral of Australia. The petitioner gave evidence that her husband repudiated the church marriage ceremony entirely. He had a curious idea concerning living a chaste life.
