captain’s Tribute.' ' 1 [By Telegraph, Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, July 12. Captain von Arnauld, of the cruiser Emden, to-day expressed his great regret that- their stay had come to an end. He was deeply impressed, he said, with the reception and‘welcome received hotli in Auckland and Wellington, and he much regretted that the official programme of the tour prevented a visit to the South Island.
