SEQUEL TO FATALITY. CHRISTCHURCH. July 12. As a sequel to the fatality in the city last month when a man ran over John Hancock, the driver of the motorcar concerned was to-day fined 10s and costs on a charge of having faulty brakes on the car. The police said the condition of the car was shocking.
