A French Note, dealing with . the coming Reparations Conference, ..has been received by the Foreign .Office at London. It is understood that the Note agrees to the date of. August sth or 6th. It expresses a guarded acquiescence in the British view'that instead of three conferences there should be only one, dealing taneously with the political, financial and economic issue. The Note concluded by re-stating the French objection,to London, and advocating some neutral meeting place. The Government is rpelying speedi!y. . ■ •
