WOOL SALES. (United Prase Association—By Electrio Telegi aph—Copyright). LONDON, July 10. At the wool sales 8642 bales were offered of which 1522 were New Zealand. A good representative selection of merinos suitable for topmakers and spinners and a poor offering of other descriptions met a quiet market and there were frequent withdrawals. Opening prices were confirmed. New Zealand Acland greasy half bred 17d to 16d. LONDON, July 10. Gold is 84s lid.
