REVOLUTION FRUSTRATED (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). BERLIN, July 9. A plot to kidnap the leaders of the ivoumanian Parliament and seize the Government offices, replacing the boy King Michael with a military dictatorship has been frustrated', as the result of a dramatic raid yesterday at the ringleaders’ headquarters in Bucharest and other towns. Two hundred rebel officers were arrested. General Angelescu, former War Minister, instead of being the dictator, is now a prisoner in his own house. No news of the plot is allowed to be published in Roumania. , ;•
