LONDON, July 9.-' Returning front, the Labour Congress at Geneva, Mr James Simpson, Y ice-President of the Canadian Trades and Labour Congress, said that, in an interview he had with Mr Ramsay MacDonald, in London, the British Prime Minister anticipated that he would visit the United States and Canada in September when he would hold a separate conference with' President Hoover and Prime Minister King on the subject of naval disarmament.
