The greatest tragedy m the history of Ruling occurred yesterday, when a large - ’Chinese hotel collapsed on a mountain side, following continued downpours, the collapse Jurying 33 Chinese in the ruins. Five women and three' men wore extricated severely injured. The others were all beyond aid. The hotel was one of three storeys, built on a mountain side. It was a famous health resort, and was patronised extensively this summer.
