FIGHT IN’ A CHURCH. ROME, May 16. The Italian bishops’ orders that no women are to be admittted to church whose skirts, do .not reach well below the.knee led to a free light at Caldogno, near Venice. ' The parish priest had asked one of the faithful, A-ngemo Frignati to see that the bishops’ orders, were carried out. Frignati asked two girls whose dresses he considered too short to leave the Church. They did so under'protest, but returned shortly afterwards with their brother, who asked Frignati to go out side with him. There the brother'ad-. . v ministered a sound thrashing.
