EX-CONSTABLE POWER
GOING TO PRIVY COUNCIL. (By TelegrapL —Press Association). WELLINGTON, July 4. Conditional leave was. this morning granted by the Court of Appeal to Michael Power, of Wlmngarei (formerly of Ross), to appeal to the Privy Council against the decision of the Court of Appeal, delivered last April, to the effect that Power was not entitled to damages for his dismissal from the police force. Security was fixed at £SOO.
