MOSCOW PLOTS IN AUSTRIA.

VIENNA, May 17. Eight Communists have now been arrested in- Vienna in connection with the police raid upon the office directed from Moscow by Bela Kun, the Hungarian Communist. Hungarian detectives have hastened here to investigate the report that the arrested men were engaged in a conspiracy against their country. Bela Kun was arrested here last year and deported, and this fresh enterprise indicates that Vienna has been chosen as the central point for Moscow’s intrigues in Western Europe.
