At the Criminal Court, Martin Antin, aged 42 years, was charged with murder of his wife with a revolver on May 10th. He was found not guilty and was discharged. .

Antin gave, evidence that liis. wife threatened him and lie attempted to frighten her with a, revolver. She threw a, chair which struck the revolver, which, accidentally discharged and killed her.
