Accepted as definite that the “Mexico” had picked up news of tlie Kobenliavn. the captain wirelessed a schooner which was searching south-west Africa to proCfeed ‘to the position 30 degrees latitude and ]0 east longitude, indicating that after clearing Tristan, the disabled vessel was. carried by the current to the north-east.
