TO Si ARK Y AT 89. General Sir Charles Mansfield Clarke, Kart., is to marry again at the age ot 89. The wedding, it has been announced, will take place shortly, His bride will be -Miss Warner, of Los Rossignols, Costebcllc. He saw service in New’ Zealand and in the Zulu War and Kasutoland, and was several times mentioned in dispatches. brom 190,1 to 1907 he was Governor of Malta. He was first married in 18(57, and has two daughters, tho Hon. Mrs C. G. T'oitescue and Lady Kingham, the wife of Major-General the Hon. Sir F. R. Kingham, the Lieutenant-Governor of Jersey.
