GAS COOKING DEMONSTRATION
There will be a gas cooking demonstration at the Soldiers’ Hall, to-mor-row afternoon commencing at 2.30 o’clock sharp. Airs Heinz will prepare the following menu:—Salmon savouries, seed caKC, exhibition cakes, and forcer biscuits, -with scones and waffles for afternoon tea.
The latest gas cookers will he used. They embody all the modern improvements that ensure perfect cooking. The automatic controls are a feature, 'assuring good cooking yet economising in gas.
