As a sequel to a will case in which the Judge lied that undue influence had been used, the exhumation took place to-day of the body of Airs Jemina Russell, an elderly widow, of Hunter’s Hill suburb, who died in September, 1928. A post-mortem examination is being made and the contents d" the stain aeh are being analysed. The Judge held at the hearing of the suit last week that John Raven, an executor, had unduly influenced Russell to make a will in favour of his wife. Testator’s estate was valued at £4335.
