ARBITRATION COURT

RESERVED JUDGMENT GIVEN. The Arbitration Court has given its "reserved judgment in the application heard at Hokitika on Monday, 30th June, by the N.Z. Marine Cooks and Stewards (coastal shipping companies) to join the South Westland Shipping Company Ltd. to the award. The Court lias decided:—

(l.) That the South Westland Shipping Company (Limited), (R. Wild, secretary), Hokitika, is hereby added as a party to the said award in respect of the s.s. “Gael”; provided that while the said vessel is solely engaged in trading between Hokitika and any other port or ports the company shall not he subject to the conditions of the said award. (2.) That this order shall operate and take effect ns from 19th June.
