AT GENEVA. (United Press Association—By Electric Teleg. aph—Copyright). GENEVA, June 20. Certain sections of the Labour Office questionaire on forced labour as a result of a discussion for the past three weeks virtually aim to supercede the Mandates’ Commissions and League’s functions, placing the responsibility for eradication of such labour in the hands of an expert committee appointed by the Labour Office. The questionaire was adopted.
