ARAHURA STOCK SALE. W. JEFFRIES AND CO’S. REPORT. Messrs W. Jeffries and Co. report an entry of 45 head of cattle at Monday’s sale at Arahura. A representative attendance competed ' freely for all pens offered and prices were as follows: Prime ox beef 45s to 48s per hundred, lighter sorts 42s to 465; heifer from 38s 6d to 435; cow from 30s to 37s 6d. The following sales were recorded: — Fori.C. Sadler, 3 bullocks at £l3, 2 at £l2 17s 6d, 2 at £l2, 4 at £ll 17s 6d. 1 at £ll 2s 6d, 1 heifer at £lO 2s' 6d, For a client, 1 bullock £l6 15s, 1 heifer at £lO, 1 cow at £9 15s, 1 at £9 12s od, 2 at £8 17s 6d, 2 at £lO, 2 at £8 lOis, 1 at £7. For W. Diedrich, 2 bullocks at £ls 7s 6d, 2 at £ls, 4 at £l4 7s 6d, 2 at £l4 2s 6d, 2 at £l3 10s, 2 at £l2 15s, 1 at £lO 12s 6d.
