Sir (leorgc Croydon Marks, cx-Lib-eral member off the House of Commons, has joined the Labour Party. He says be believes in Mr MacDonald and does not see why like-minded Liberals should stand impotently outside. There is no room for three parties in a stable Government is going to ho carried on.
