The Council of Education discussed open air schools to-day, when Aliss Chaplin moved to the/ effect tiTat this system should lie adopted wherever possible in building new schools, and in remodelling old ones. If open air schools were to ho called fresh air schools, he thought that a lot of the opposition based on the bdief that the children would have no shelter would disappear.
