The “ Daily Express ” Pekin correspondent states: Russia lias launched her first war move against China, following upon tire Chinese aggression in Manchuria, where the ownership of the Eastern Railway is disputed. Soviet troops have crossed the Siberian frontier and have established outposts at Klinilan. Troop trains are bringing reinlfortements to the frontier.
Cluing Hsaio Liang, the successor to Chang Tso Lin, has urgently appealed to the Nanking Government for protection.
