Mr MacDdnnkl confirms that General Dawes is going to Scotland on Sunday and meets him at Forres, a little town seventeen miles from Lossiemouth. We have to make it clear from the start that using Air MacDonald’s elegast phrase:—“Wo shall stand no monkeying. The Government will receive the support of the Liberal Party in carrying out. disarmament obligations of the peace treaties, resuming* relations with Russia and withdrawing troops from the .Rhineland.” LONDON, June 13 ; The Liberals attitude to the Government would be influenced by the action it was prepared to take to reform tho electoral system, which was at present a pure stultification of democracy.
