A Dutch destroyer is proceeding here as the result of an invasion by ' 500 armed \ r enezuelan«, who have arrived here, following upon an incipii cut revolution in their own country. The invaders have seized arms and ammunition, and have imprisoned the i island’s Governor and the Garrison’s Commandant. The invaders then compelled the master of an American vessel to carry them hack to the mainland.
